Industry leaders in the manufacture of precision reticles

Precision Reticles
Precision reticles are used in photolithography to increase the accuracy of inspecting images. These disks are marked with dimensionally precise grids or precision optical geometric patterns that are used as reference marks to ensure optimal alignment and position. These products are typically produced through photolithographic and thin film technologies, and are available on a variety of substrates. Applications for these products include resolution test masks, scales, calibration standards, alignment displays, and sensors.
Advantages of Reticles
- Reticles facilitate quick measurement of minute
dimensions in small parts
- They are cheaper and more precise than electronic
cross hair generators
- The lines of a reticle can be adjusted to various
levels of magnification
- Reticles can be made to rotate to ensure that the
center line is aligned with the work-piece
