About Opto-Line International, Inc.
Opto-Line International, Inc. is a service-oriented company
committed to providing the industrial, medical and military
communities with high quality reticles, patterned optics,
and specialized coatings.
Beam Splitters
An
aluminum coating is applied over a dot array of apertures,
The beam is split evenly by reflection from the aluminized
coating and transmitted through the non-aluminized
portion of the substrate.
Low Reflectance Apertures
The
aperture of an optical system is the opening that determines
the cone angle of a bundle of rays that come to a focus
in the image plane.
Multi-Density Resolution Mask
Row A resolution patterns have opaque backgrounds,
while the line transmission varies progressively.
Row B resolution pattern lines are opaque, while
the background transmission varies progressively.
Neutral Density Filters
Neutral density (ie, ND) filters reduce
the amount of light that can pass through the lens.
Photonics Optics
Opto-Line is a leading manufacturer
of process control instrumentation. Included among
its diverse products are oxygen and moisture sensors,
flow meters, transducers, and thickness gages.
Photoresist Spinners
A bank of spinners
is used to clean and then coat substrates with
photoresist prior to pattern exposure. Hepa
filters above the stations provide a positive flow
of clean air.
Precision Reticles
We offer to our customers quality, diversity and experience
in the field of precision patterns and coatings.
Products
Products and services
include multidensity resolution masks, neutral density
filters, reticle patterns, precision apertures, calibration
test targets, EMI grids, photolithographic services,
contrast test targets, and many more.
Resolution Targets

Opto-Line International has built a reputation for excellence, providing companies in the industrial, medical, and military sectors with the very best reticles, precision patterns, and thin film coatings available.
Opto-Line’s expertise in photolithography, combined with our thin film coating capability enables us to provide our customers with the finest patterned optics available… often the most unusual and demanding.
Here are just a few of the many applications requiring our precision patterns: Endoscopy Satellite navigation systems Modulated contrast microscope objectives Electro-optical devices EMI grids Optical system calibration Photolithographic systems Patterns on flexible substrates ( Mylar and Kapton )
Photoresist coatings on Silicon wafers, Reticles and coating services including, precision patterns, opto-electrical devices and blanketphotoresist coatings.
Balzer Evaporators
Each Balzer Evaporator system is dedicated
to a specific coating type.
Class 100 Cleanroom
The air in our clean room is constantly filtered creating
a highly purified and regulated room for producing
our products sensitive to enviromental factors such
as temperature, humidity, dust and pressure.
Elipsometer
The ellipsometer
is used to measure the film thickness, dielectric
constant and refractive index of thin films
by analyzing the polarized light reflected off the
surface of the wafer.
Facility
Balzer Evaporators, Spectrophotometer, Class-100-Cleanroom,
Photoresist Spinners, Profilometer and Elipsometer.
Profilometer
Used to measure the
thickness of depositions,
biomaterial wear, composition, fabrication and in-vivo
interaction.
Spectrophotometer
Programs for fixed wavelength, wavelength scanning, scatter correction, net A,
time-based kinetic/rate determination, subtraction/addition, and manipulation
of spectra are provided with each instrument.
